  • SEAMLESS STAINLESS PIPE & TUBES

STAINLESS STEEL PIPES comes in varieties materials, grades, shapes and standards. AUSTENITIC Stainless Steel: most common grade of stainless steel and has nickel, manganese, and nitrogen giving weldability and formability properties to the alloy. High corrosion resistance due to augmentation of the percentage of chrome, moly, and nitrogen to the base alloy.

  • DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL

DUPLEX Stainless Steel is a combination of Austenitic and Ferritic stainless steel hence they are called duplex. This microstructure gives them better strength and ductility. Common uncharacteristic of duplex stainless steel are durable strength, toughness and ductility, corrosion resistance, and stress and and cracking resistance.

  • WELDED STAINLESS STEEL

Welded stainless steel are used in many industries: motor, construction, oil and natural gas, petrochemcal plant, refinery, food, paper mill, and many others applications. STM A 312 in 304/304L and 316/316L. 304H, 316H, 309/S, 310/S, 317/L, 321/H, 347/H, 904L, 330, 254SMO, 410.

  • STAINLESS SQUARE PIPE

    are use for fabrications likely to be exposed to corrosive chemicals, water, acidic water and environments. ASTM A 312 in 304/304L and 316/316L. 304H, 316H, 309/S, 310/S, 317/L, 321/H, 347/H, 904L, 330, 254SMO, 410.

  • STAINLESS STEEL RECTANGULAR TUBE

STAINLESS STEEL RECTANGULAR TUBE are use for fabrications likely to be exposed to corrosive chemicals, water, acidic water and environments. STM A 312 in 304/304L and 316/316L. 304H, 316H, 309/S, 310/S, 317/L, 321/H, 347/H, 904L, 330, 254SMO, 410.

  • NICKEL BASED ALLOY & INCONEL

Inconel 625 is a nickel-based super alloy that possesses excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion in a broad range of environments. Additionally this alloy has outstanding strength and toughness at temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 2000°F. This alloy possesses a high degree of formability and shows better weldability than many other highly alloyed nickel based materials.

  • STAINLESS STEEL PLATES

STAINLESS STEEL PLATE provides resistances to rust, corrosion, stains, and high impact and strength. This is an ideal material for applications that require durable metal with anti-oxidation. Stainless steel plates are used for food processing, conveyors, storage tanks, heat exchanger, constructions, marine parts and equipment.

  • STAINLESS STEEL COIL

STAINLESS STEEL COIL: provides resistances to rust, corrosion, stains, and high impact and strength. This is an ideal material for applications that require durable metal with anti-oxidation. Stainless steel sheet are used for food processing, conveyors, storage tanks, heat exchanger, constructions, marine parts and equipment.

Stainless Steel Pipe/Tube

AUSTENITIC Stainless Steel ( 10-20% chromium) is the most common grade of stainless steel and has nickel, manganese, and nitrogen. Comes in series 200 (chromium-manganese-nickel alloys) and Series 300 (chromium-nickel alloys like 304, 309, 316, 321, 347, etc.). MARTENSITIC Stainless Steel (11-17%) are high in carbon, hardened tempered chrome alloy. FERRRITIC Stainless Steel ( 12-17% chromium) like Martensitic, but has less chrome and carbon content and magnetic. The most common ferritic grades are the 430 (17% chromium), and the 409 (11% chromium), largely used in the automotive sector. DUPLEX and SUPER DUPLEX Stainless Steel contain Ferritic 50% and 50% Austenitic, hence the the name duplex, and it has better strength than Austenitic and Ferritic steels.
