  • SUCKER RODS


    A sucker rod is a steel rod, typically between 25 and 30 feet (7 to 9 meters) in length, and threaded at both ends, used in the oil industry to join together the surface and down-hole components of a reciprocating piston pump installed in an oil well.

  • POLISHED ROD


    A polished rod is the top-most rod in a rod string. These rods come in various lengths and sizes. Polished rods are made of various materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and monel.

  • API 11B SUCKER ROD COUPLING


    API 11B Sucker Rod Coupling, The sucker rod coupling have the same box thread size in each end are used for connecting sucker rod and/or pony rod, and/or sinker bars with sucker rod threads.The polished rod coupling have the same box thread size in each end are used for connecting polished rod and/or sinker bars with polished rod threads to the sucker rod string.

  • HOLLOW SUCKER ROD


    The hollow sucker rod is a special sucker rod designed for oil extraction of high pour point, high viscosity and high wax content. It is combined with threaded joints, sealing and rod body. The rod body is made of seamless steel tube and the threaded joint is connected with the rod body through friction welding and heat treatment. The pin thread is formed by roller.

  • DOUBLE SUCKER ROD


    API 11B Sucker Rod Coupling, The sucker rod coupling have the same box thread size in each end are used for connecting sucker rod and/or pony rod, and/or sinker bars with sucker rod threads.The polished rod coupling have the same box thread size in each end are used for connecting polished rod and/or sinker bars with polished rod threads to the sucker rod string.

  • CONTINOUS SUCKER ROD


    Continuous Sucker Rod: A grade D performance, this Sucker Rod with special designation of SM, SMR, SU, and SRU. A non-jointed high quality of Alloy Steel with elliptical or round section, this suker Rod is high strength with flexibility and solderability to significantly reduce the failure rate of most Sucker Rods, reduce attrition rate of Tubing, and and to improve the efficiency of well production.

  • PONY ROD


    Pony Rod is a long steel rod used for joining downhole components of a piston pump with the surface in an oil well. The rod is threaded from both sides and is commonly available in three variant diameters of 3/4, 7/8 and 1.

  • SINKER BAR


    Sinker bars. A sinker (or heavy-weight) bar is normally a special steel bar or large-diameter sucker rod placed directly above the downhole pump. ... Sucker-rod buckling will cause excessive rod- and/or coupling-on-tubing wear above the pump.

  • Hummer Union
